If you see "?" after a cruise-in, that means it happened in '09, but hasn't yet been confirmed for 2010.

Monday

Mayberry Dream Cruises will happen the first Monday of June, July, August, and September.  These have been incredibly popular with the burnouts, and lots of beautiful cars.  After the burnouts, there will be a cruise through the streets of Sylvania!

Pop's cruise in at Rick's Cafe in front of Woodville Mall, Every Monday from April 26 thru Oct 4th. Tireman and The Anderson's are sponsoring door prizes, Rick's Cafe has great food and drink specials. 50/50, Cruisin' Zeake and his oldies machine.

Brandy's Diner in the Maumee Market Place, 1508 Reynolds Road, at Dussel. Every Monday starting April 19th. Music, prizes, 50/50, plenty of great food available!  Info: 419-893-2750.

Tuesday

Monroe Good Time Cruisers meet every Tuesday at Kroger on S. Monroe Street starting May 4th thru Sept. Door prizes, 50/50, music and lots of cars!  No cruise in the week of Monroe County Fair. Tuesday night cruise-in at Applebees! The Toledo Classic Car & Truck Club along with Applebees  at 2825 Glendale, April 13 til October 26th, weather permitting. Door prizes, 50/50, driver's pool, DJ music and gas cards.

Again this year, Wauseon is the place to be on Tuesday nights, May 4th thru August 31st. 50/50 drawings, food, music, door prizes. The largest cruise night in NW Ohio or SE Mich! Super cruise dates are June 15th, July 20th, August 17th. Always special entertainment during super cruise nights! Genoa Super Cruise-in, Main Street in downtown Genoa happens on the last Tuesday of each month: June, July, August. Free registration, great food, shopping, door prizes, $100 worth of gas cards awarded (5-$20) music 50/50, and oldies music & trivia with Cruisin' Zeake and his oldies machine.

Tuesday means Car Fest at McDonalds in North Baltimore. 5pm-7pm from June 8th to August 31st. Music, trivia, 50/50 to benefit Ronald McDonald House of Toledo. Sponsored by McDonalds and The Tuesday Night Crawlers Car Club.

Charity – Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio, Toledo House

Donation - $1619.50 cash donation, more that two grocery carts of items from the Ronald McDonald House Wish List ie; adult socks, paper products, personal care items, canned foods, family dvds, childrens books and a lot of pop tabs.

 

Local McDonald’s owner/operator Larry Ball has supported the efforts of the group and given them a great place to gather. 

 

The Tuesday Night Crawlers held a 50/50 drawing at each cruise to raise money for the charity.  Traditionally 50% of the money collected would go to the charity and 50% to the winner.  The generous members of this group would donate all or a portion of their winnings back for RMH.

 

New this year, sponsors of our event nights.  Sponsors offered door prizes, a gift for bringing donated items and really nice prizes for the Progressive Raffle.  Car Specialties of Findlay, Custar HotRods, Thayer Ford & Thayer Chevrolet of Bowling Green, O’Reilly Auto Parts of Bowling Green, Dr Pepper and Coca Cola.   Stadium Salsa and Fresh Start Bakeries also participated with food samplings. 

Event co-coordinator and marketing supervisor for Ball, Mary Hinkelman has worked with the car club and the sponsors to set a calendar of fun events that focus around .  “What an amazing car show season.  Last year was a very emotional year and I would have never thought we could top the fun and excitement we all shared in what we did for RMH.  We have so many people to thank for how this year turned out.”

 

The group started the cruise season on June 8 and will hold the final event on August 31.  Final results from all of this; a check for $1619.50, more than two grocery carts of non perishable food items, paper products, personal items, toys, family DVDs, children’s books and a lot of pop tabs.  All will be presented to RMH of Northwest Ohio President/Executive Director Chadwick Bringman on this evening.

Wednesday

The Outlaw Cruisers have changed their Cruise dates and location. Monthly cruise ins will now take place on the last Wednesday of the month. Plan on being at their new location at Discount Tire, 27135 Crossroads Parkway, off Route 20 in Rossford. Food Music, 50/50. ?
