Was fortunate years ago to have someone share with me the best Zuchinni Bread recipe ever, and I’m sharing here with you today! Only one trick to it — ingredients need to be added in order as written! (Tried to do a traditional wet then add dry ingredients approach and wound up with an entirely different end result.) Also, you may want to sprinkle granulated sugar over top for final few minutes of baking! Enjoy!
